MultiTime Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MultiTime, a macOS application provided by 46degrees LLC (“46degrees,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, purchasing, or using MultiTime, you agree to these Terms.

App Store Terms

MultiTime is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of MultiTime is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms, including Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the Apple terms control to the extent of the conflict.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use MultiTime on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of MultiTime except where applicable law expressly permits it.

In-App Purchases

Some MultiTime features may require an in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the prices, payment terms, refund rules, and other conditions shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Apple, not 46degrees, handles payment processing and refund requests.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse MultiTime, interfere with its operation, use it in violation of law, or attempt to bypass purchase or access controls.

Time Information

MultiTime displays time information using your Mac’s system clock, settings, and available time-zone data. Time-zone rules and daylight saving time requirements can change. We do not guarantee that displayed information will always be accurate, complete, or current.

MultiTime is intended as a general convenience and should not be the sole source of time information for safety-critical, emergency, navigation, financial, legal, or other high-risk purposes.

Ownership

MultiTime, including its software, design, branding, and other content, is owned by 46degrees or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue MultiTime or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that MultiTime will remain compatible with every version of macOS or every Mac.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MultiTime is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 46degrees and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use MultiTime.

Our total liability for any claim relating to MultiTime will not exceed the amount you paid for MultiTime or its in-app purchases during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using MultiTime at any time. Your license terminates automatically if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of MultiTime after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
